Remote iPad Support

The iPad is one of the world’s most popular premium tablet computers. However, just like any other personal computing device, the iPad will not always perform perfectly.

Common iPad Problem: “My newly installed App won’t work”

  1. Make sure that you have enough space on your iPad. To check this, go to Settings > General > Usage. If there is not enough space left, then you may have to delete something.
  2. Make sure that there are no restrictions enabled. Go to Settings>General>Restrictions and make sure that your iPad is enabled to download all apps.
  3. Sometimes, if your iPad operating system is out-of-date, apps will not install properly or not at all. To fix this, go to Settings>General>Software update and download any updates that are available.
